Cancellations and Refunds
Independent Tours may cancel tour reservations in cases of under booking and extreme emergency. In these cases, any tour fees already paid will be refunded. All Independent Tours itineraries operate rain or shine. In cases of weather, health, transportation delays, or other instances in which you decide to not participate in a reserved tour, within 24 hours prior to a reserved tour, no refund will be issued. Cancellations made 7 days to 24 hours prior to a reserved tour departure will be charged at 50%. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to a reserved tour will be fully refunded.
Privacy Policy
Personal information (such as your name, telephone number, email address, and credit card information) that you provide to Independent Tours remains private. Independent Tours does not trade, buy, sell, or otherwise distribute the personal information of users of this site. Independent Tours may use personal information to improve company operations and, periodically, to provide users with updates about those improvements. The option to not receive these updates is available, after completion of any reserved tours, by contacting Independent Tours. Independent Tours may disclose your information if required by law.
